Our objectives

The Choir seeks to enrich the cultural life of the East Riding of Yorkshire through its regular performances of choral works at Beverley Minster and elsewhere.  For its members it seeks to generate the intellectual, emotional and physical benefits that can result from singing choral masterpieces. For its audiences it seeks to mount accessible performances of both well-known and less familiar works to high standards of musicianship.  For the communities within which it performs it seeks to enhance the range of local musical activity.  Particular importance is attached to the involvement of young people.
